Ultimately responsible for the level of internal service, quality of product, and profitability of the IT function. Ensures that all Casino service and operating standards are consistently met. Ensures compliance with all Casino service and operating standards, and all federal, state, and local regulations.
- Prepares and implements information technology operating strategies that translate into organizational capabilities that will exceed Guest and Team Member expectations, and will help the company to operate at maximum efficiency.
- Analyzes the needs of various Casino operating departments, and establishes IT project priorities. Frequently evaluates and reviews the capabilities and performance of information technology resources relative to the Casino service and operating standards.
- Ensures that various Casino technology systems and programs are in compliance and fully capable of supporting gaming regulations, internal controls and company policies and procedures.
- Oversees all information technology processes, including network, cabling, administrative and help desk. Manage all telecommunication needs and works with Team Members to ensure appropriate equipment and services are in place, including cellular service, paging, long distance, high-speed data lines.
- Approves necessary purchasing and capital requests to ensure that the department has the necessary inventory of supplies at all times. Manages all areas of responsibility effectively within budgetary guidelines by monitoring and controlling operational and payroll costs.
- Manages other IT functions that exclusively support Casino operations. Hires and trains any IT staff. Evaluates performance of direct staff members, and consistently documents both positive and constructive feedback relative to the Casino service and operating standards. Regularly analyze departmental Job Descriptions for relevance and effectiveness.
- Performs all other duties as assigned.

**Experience and Skills**:

- High School Diploma or G.E.D. required. Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science strongly preferred. CAN (Certified Network Administrator) and CRM (Certified Records Manager) designations preferred. At least 5 years of IS related experience, with evidence of increasing level of responsibility throughout career is strongly preferred.
- Must be able to continuously identify and take appropriate actions to fulfill Guest and Team Member expectations. Must have excellent organizational and planning skills, complex
- Problem solving skills, solid analytical skills, and strong communication skills, and knowledge of a wide variety of computer systems and programs.
- Must be able to sit, stand, lift, carry weight, kneel, bend, and grip tools during a full 8 hour shift.
- Must be able to work all shifts, and weekends/holidays as required.
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and through written communications.
- Must be knowledgeable of all federal, state and local laws and regulations relevant to operations.
