We are looking for a dynamic professionals who can help us grow our team and bring new opportunities, experience, and dedication to our clients dogs. This opportunity will be given as an Independent Contractor Agreement for dog training services of our company, you will be responsible for your own hours and client interactions.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 year or 900 hours of Dog Training Experience
- AKC Certified CGC Evaluator _(Not Required for Application)_
- Self-Management Responsibilities

- Capabilities in POS Systems and Money Gathering
- Behavioral Specialist Degree (Not Required)
- Transportation such as a Motorcycle or Car

- Able to Work 15+ Hours a Week
- Care of Pawsitive Experts customers and services to the fullest of Independent Contractors professionalism, experience, certification, ability, oaths, and efforts.

**Responsibilities**:

- Be able to find and research information and resources related to training methods.
- Be able to train dogs in obedience, agility, and other tasks.
- Be compassionate and kind to the dogs under my care.
- Obtaining certifications directed and required by Pawsitive Experts within designated period agreed to by both Parties.
- Full and transparent communication to approved management of Pawsitive Experts.
- Making and obtaining sales goals set by Pawsitive Experts.
- Registration and attendance of sessions/lesson.
- Using and keeping stock of professional and approved advertisement of services offered by you on behalf of the Pawsitive Experts.
- Training of dogs and customers in the safest, professional, and appropriate manner possible.
- Training dogs and clients according to the LIMA (Least Intrusive, Minimally Aversive) Roadmap and the proper procedures and curriculum of certifications directed, created, and required by Pawsitive Experts.
- Following the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) set forth by Pawsitive Experts.
- Full compliance, understanding and teaching of client approved curriculum and training procedures.
- Appropriate, professional, and honest use and sales reporting of Point-of-Sale devices and software used and directed to be used by Pawsitive Experts.
- Appropriate, professional, and honest scheduling reports directed and used.
- Training Dogs and customers to the fullest professionalism and courtesy according to the Dog Training Operant Conditioning Roadmap.
- Independent Contractor will be responsible for their own transportation to customers service location agreed upon by Independent Contractor and Pawsitive Experts.
- Upholding and honoring the registration of Dog Training Service Agreement made with customers.

**Payment & Contract Details**:

- **The Dog Trainer Position offered is an Independent Contractor Agreement. The Pay Offered by Pawsitive Experts is a 40% Commission of the Sales and Completion of each class taken on by the Dog Trainer.**_

**Job Type**: Contract

Pay: $22.00 - $150.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 - 40 per week

**Experience**:

- Dog training: 2 years (preferred)
- Management: 2 years (preferred)
