Lead Handyman to Assist Property Manager

Position: Handyman Location: Augusta, GA

**Responsibilities**:

- Schedule and perform maintenance and repair tasks across our properties, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, landscaping, and general repairs
- Collaborate with property management teams to prioritize and coordinate repair and maintenance activities.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on each task.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized inventory of tools and supplies.
- Provide exceptional customer service to tenants and address their concerns with professionalism.
- Make recommendations for improvements to enhance property value and tenant experience.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a handyman or similar role.
- Proficiency in various maintenance and repair tasks, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, etc.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Reliable and able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
