**Salary**: $60,000 - $67,500

The Program Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of both the IW Clothing Center and the IW Food Pantry. This includes everything from supervision of staff, weekly reporting, cleaning and supply ordering.

Responsibilities**
- Be familiar with all Interfaith Works programs.
- Oversee the everyday operation of the Clothing Center and Food Pantry
- Welcome, engage and assist all shoppers, donors and volunteers.
- Master & implement all program procedures related to daily operations of the IWENC.
- Manage and maintain all weekly and monthly partner reporting.
- Provide information and data on the IWENC programs as requested by other IW team members.
- Ensure that staff maintain accurate records of shoppers, volunteers, and donors.
- Coordinate deliveries and pick-ups with IW vehicles and staff.
- Treat all employees, clients, volunteers and donors with dignity, respect, and fairness.
- Manage all Service Coordinators including their schedules and training.
- Responsible for maintaining and updating records within Signup Genius
- Maintain a clean and safe environment at all times.
- Ensure the IWCC vehicle is always clean and operational.
- Supervise the Volunteer Coordinator in conjunction with their direct supervisor.
- Responsible for making sure supplies for staff and clients are ordered timely and in a cost effective manner.
- Coordinate and conduct outreach and distributions within the county.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

**Skills**
- 4+ years of management experience
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- Strong communications skills, both written and oral
- Proficient in the Microsoft Suite
- Good phone etiquette
- Work well in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Be able/willing to drive IW box truck Bilingual in Spanish & English
