Leasing Assistant

We are looking for a **LEASING ASSISTANT LEAD** to join our team We are an established real estate owner/management company in business for 90+ years with properties in Manhattan, Queens, Brooklyn, Scarsdale and the Bronx.

**You will responsible for, but not limited to**:

- Interacting with Brokers, applicants, prospective tenants, existing tenants, and property managers
- filing, scanning, checking accuracy of mailings, checking accuracy of tenant files
- Generating resident correspondences and other special projects as needed
- Assist with leasing renewals and mailings
- Occasional reception coverage

**Qualifications**:

- 3+ years of leasing experience in property management
- Knowledgeable of residential lease administration
- Values consistency and accuracy
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Strong written, verbal, and oral communications skills
- Ability to handle confidential matters
- Ability to work in a fast paced, deadline oriented environment
- Proficient in utilizing all forms of Social Media and a strong familiarity with all outlets.
- Must be detail oriented
- Polished appearance
- Able to work in a high paced environment with strict deadlines while overseeing a department of 4 other leasing professionals
- Familiarity with regulations and government agencies (Sec8, SCRIE, DRIE, etc) is a BIG PLUS

Pay: $48,000.00 - $56,000.00 per year
