**What We’re Looking For**
We're seeking a dynamic Director of Operations with telecom expertise, strong leadership skills, and a track record in project management and partnership development. This role requires overseeing telecom processes, logistics, negotiation, and vendor management to ensure peak efficiency. **Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate closely with senior leadership to make strategic decisions and establish operational goals that drive the business forward.
- Devise comprehensive plans and diligently oversee day-to-day operations to ensure seamless progress and optimal performance.
- Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, providing valuable feedback and guidance to maximize productivity and efficiency.
- Continuously assess the effectiveness of business procedures in alignment with organizational objectives, implementing enhancements as needed.
- Take charge of procurement processes, meticulously coordinating equipment allocation to support operational needs.
- Elevate customer support processes by implementing strategic organizational methods, ultimately enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Analyze financial data precisely, adjusting operational budgets to optimize profitability and ensure fiscal health.
- Drive policy development and implementation, ensuring adherence to industry standards and best practices.
- Cultivate strong relationships and manage agreements with external partners and vendors to facilitate collaboration and achieve mutual goals.
- Use data-driven insights to evaluate performance, identify improvement areas, and implement targeted enhancement strategies.
- Ensure the company operates with integrity and compliance, adhering rigorously to established regulations and legal standards.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Extensive track record of success in a senior manager of Operations, Director of Operations, or comparable role, with a minimum of 5 years of experience, demonstrating a solid grasp of operational intricacies and leadership prowess.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively organize and lead teams and exceptional leadership qualities that inspire and motivate others to achieve their best.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, enabling seamless collaboration and effective relationship-building with team members, stakeholders, and external partners.
- Thorough understanding of industry-specific legal regulations and compliance standards, ensuring adherence to all applicable laws and guidelines.
- Comprehensive knowledge of diverse business functions and principles, encompassing supply chain management, financial operations, customer service strategies, and more.
- Proficiency in data analysis techniques and performance metrics interpretation, enabling data-driven decision-making and strategic planning.

**Education & Experience**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, providing a solid foundation in business principles and practices
- Strong background in the telecommunications industry, with specific experience in Telecommunications, Broadband, and LTE technologies
