Superintendent - Sitework

Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Superintendent to join our construction team. As a Site Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the construction project, ensuring that it is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. **Duties**:

- Manage on-site construction activities within budget. Guide our crews, including surveyors, operators and laborers as well as our subcontractors.
- Ensure quality of work-in-place. Comply with project plans, specifications, and local building codes.
- Collaborate with our client and our project team to develop construction schedules.
- Monitor progress towards schedule and progress and make adjustments to ensure timely completion.
- Conduct regular site inspections to maintain a safe worksite at all times
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials
- Maintain accurate records of daily activities, including labor, equipment, and materials used
- Communicate effectively with project team members, clients, and stakeholders

**Skills**:

- Understanding of basic soil mechanics.
- Familiarity with project drawings.
- Strong knowledge of construction techniques.
- Must be an organized individual.
- Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to lead a diverse team
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Effective communication skills both written and verbal

Pay: $85,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
