Server/waiter/waitress

**Job Overview**: We are seeking dedicated Servers to join our team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring an enjoyable dining experience for our guests. **Duties**: - Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner - Take food and beverage orders accurately - Deliver orders to tables promptly and efficiently - Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of meals - Provide recommendations on menu items and specials - Handle cash, credit card transactions, and operate POS systems - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area - Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly **Qualifications**: - Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred - Knowledge of food handling, preparation, and safety protocols - Familiarity with using cash registers and POS systems - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude - OpenTable or similar reservation system experience is a plus - Culinary background or interest in the food industry is beneficial - Excellent guest relations skills to ensure customer satisfaction Join our team as a Server and be part of creating memorable dining experiences for our guests
