Clothing Production Specialist

MARS FASHION INC is a leading fashion and têxtile manufacturing company dedicated to innovation and quality in apparel. We are expanding our team and looking for a skilled Digital Fabrication Technician to operate our advanced manufacturing equipment.
As a Digital Fabrication Technician at MARS FASHION INC, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining our state-of-the-art direct-to-garment (DTG), direct-to-film (DTF), and embroidery machines. This role is crucial in ensuring high-quality production output and efficiency in our têxtile manufacturing processes.
**Responsibilities**:
- Operate DTG, DTF, and embroidery machines efficiently while maintaining high quality and output standards.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of machines to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with the design and production teams to understand and execute production requirements.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and procedures in the production area.
- Keep accurate records of production output, maintenance activities, and any issues encountered.
- Assist in the research and implementation of new technology to improve production processes.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in têxtile production or a related field, particularly with direct-to-garment, direct-to-film, and embroidery machines.
- Strong technical acumen and ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in têxtile manufacturing is a plus.
