This position in NOT remote, and in person ONLY. As a Live Chat Agent at JB Dental Lab, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and assistance to our clients through our online chat platform. This role requires a background in dental assisting or dental surgical assisting to effectively address inquiries related to dental prosthetics, laboratory procedures, and product specifications.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Customer Support: Engage with clients promptly and courteously via live chat to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about our dental lab services and products.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a comprehensive understanding of our dental prosthetics, appliances, and laboratory processes to accurately assist customers with product selection, specifications, and customization options.
- Technical Assistance: Provide technical support and troubleshooting guidance to clients experiencing difficulties with our online ordering system, digital impressions, or other technical aspects of our services.
- Order Management: Assist clients with order placement, tracking, and scheduling, ensuring timely delivery of dental prosthetics and appliances according to their requirements.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in our CRM system. Generate reports to identify trends, common issues, and opportunities for improvement in our customer support processes.
- Collaboration: Liaise with our dental laboratory technicians and sales team to address complex customer inquiries, coordinate special requests, and ensure seamless communication across departments.
- Learn basic fundamentals of Exo Cad/Magic Touch software to aid in support of inquiries using TeamViewer.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a dental assistant or dental surgical assistant in a clinical setting.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical information clearly and effectively.
- Customer Focus: Demonstrated commitment to providing exceptional customer service and building positive client relationships.
- Technical Aptitude: Proficiency in using digital platforms, online chat software, and CRM systems. Familiarity with dental laboratory procedures and terminology is highly desirable.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze customer inquiries, identify root causes of issues, and propose effective solutions in a fast-paced environment.
- Team Player: Collaborative attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate customer needs and peak periods of activity.
