Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Home Health Nurse/ hospital experience preferred
- Must be a graduate from an Accredited school of nursing
- A Bachelor's degree is preferred, but not required
- Must be licensed in Texas as Registered Nurse
- One year pediatric Nursing experience is required, preferably in a Home Health Agency

Must have Driver's license/Auto insurance

Must have current CPR certification
- Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
- Ability to provide compassionate care to patients with diverse needs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions accurately
- Reliable transportation to travel to patients' homes

- Administer medication as ordered by the physician
- Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure and temperature
- Assist with mobility and transfers, using proper lifting techniques
- Provide emotional support to patient**Skills**:

- SN with great communication skills and patience

Conducts initial and ongoing comprehensive assessment of patient's need.

Provides all services requiring specialized pediatric nursing skills

Educate the patient and family regarding the disease process, and prevention procedures.

Explains nursing and other agency services to clients and families as part of planning for care.
- Catheter care: Knowledge and experience in caring for patients with Tracheostomy and on Ventilator, GB, utilizing critical thinking with med administration.
- Patient care: Ability to provide comprehensive care for patients, including personal hygiene, medication administration, and monitoring vital signs.
- Lift: Proficiency in using proper lifting techniques to assist patients with mobility and transfers.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, PRN

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
