Overtime Athletics, Chicagoland is the Chicago-area franchise of our national company. Overtime Athletics (OTA) provides a turnkey service of safe, high-quality mix of sports, athletics and games which we deliver to kids from preschool right up through 8th grade.

Our goal is to motivate young people to embrace a healthy lifestyle at an early age while they learn the fundamentals of the games, as well as the lifelong rewards of teamwork & fair play.

Our philosophy of **PARTICIPATION** and **FUN** guides us in our quest to show kids the excitement and value of playing sports. Preparation, organization, discipline, and teamwork combine to deliver a memorable experience, to expose them to new sports and skill sets--and to forge new friendships with their camp-mates.

We are looking for youth instructor-coaches who_ **FIRST**_, love working with kids, and second, who enjoy teaching sports & sportsmanship while building self-esteem and self-confidence within kids from K through 8th grade.

As a summer camp instructor, you will be responsible for assisting the Campo Director in setting up and organizing each day's activities and helping clean up at day's end; you will also check kids into the camp, and at day's end, release those kids to their rightful parents/guardians--observing a strict protocol to ensure safety before during and after.

**Duties**:
An OTA Instructor Must:
Have experience working with kids

Be comfortable working in an athletic setting
- Have some knowledge of sports
- Have dependable transportation
- Be punctual--this is of _**HUGE**_ importance
- Be professional and come prepared
- Be patient
- Display high-energy and promote a safe but super-fun experience for all campers

**Job Types**: Part-time, Temporary, Seasonal

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
