**Responsibilities**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Reviewing and analyzing financial statements
- Proactively identifying credit issues or challenges in the underwriting process
- Assigning risk ratings to each customer
- Communicating a credit decision to the Sales team via Leasewave (internal system)
- Maintaining customer information in Leasewave and in Credit files
- Working closely with various departments including Legal, Lease Administration and Syndications.
- Monitoring bond ratings on existing customers
- Assisting the Credit group in various other functions

Qualifications / Education:

- Prior leasing or banking experience preferred
- 5+ years in a Credit Analyst role or equivalent
- BA in Accounting / Finance / Economics or equivalent

**Skills**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; critical decision-making skills and sensitivity when dealing with confidential information
- Familiar with pulling D&B’s and interpreting this information
- Familiar with review and spreading of financials statements and completing credit write-ups
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Able to respond to requests quickly and efficiently
- Ability to multi-task and work in a team-oriented environment
- Able to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment while being detail oriented
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
