FWF, a leading Third-Party Logistics (3PL) provider, is seeking an experienced **Director** **of** **Marketing**. This role will be responsible for internal and external company communications, brand management and expansion, digital marketing initiatives, and assisting in sales enablement.

**Responsibilities**
- Internal Communications_
- Create a comprehensive internal communication strategy to ensure effective communication within the organization, aligning with the company's goals and objectives
- Collaborate with People Team to develop and implement initiatives that foster employee engagement, such as surveys, feedback mechanisms, recognition programs, and employee appreciation events
- Collaborate with department leaders to identify opportunities for improved communication and develop scalable processes to optimize communication
- Keep company employees informed on pertinent information such as upcoming initiatives, events, market insights, and changes within the organization
- Brand Development_
- Develop and maintain the brand identity of the company
- Create marketing materials, including brochures, one-pagers, and presentations
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and communications
- Digital Marketing and Content Creation_
- Manage social media accounts and create content to increase brand awareness and engage with FWF audiences
- Manage the company's website, ensuring it is up-to-date, user-friendly, and optimized for search engines
- Produce high-quality content such as blog posts, articles, and case studies relevant to the transportation/3PL industry
- Event Marketing_
- Identify relevant industry events, conferences, and trade shows for participation and sponsorship
- Collaborate with sales leadership to coordinate logistics for company attendance at events, including all necessary marketing materials and employee travel requirements
- Maximize opportunities for networking and lead generation at events

**Qualifications**
- 7+ years in a marketing role, with 3+ years of strategic/director experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe Suite, Canva
- Account-based marketing experience is a plus
- Driven, innovative, and ambitious
- Proficient written and verbal communicator

**Compensation and Benefits**
- $100,000 - $125,000 range based on skills and experience
