**We are looking for an experienced Outdoor Advertising (Billboard) Real Estate Representative to assist with our real estate and related operations. Your main duties would entail researching, contacting and negotiating leases, easements, and land purchases/sales for the development of outdoor advertising sign sites and related interests in Southeast and Central Texas. Some experience with TxDot regulations is very helpful.**

**Responsibilities**
- Research city boundaries and ordinances.
- Research appraisal district records and maps.
- Evaluate sites for development and permitting.
- Negotiate leases, easements and/or purchases with land owners.
- Order title work, surveys of land, and vegetation control if and when necessary.
- Coordinate site development, access and utilities to sites.
- Advertise properties and/or communicate with our land brokers directly.
- Evaluate sign bids and let contracts to develop sites.
- Research comparable sales, listings and Ad rates.
- Generate and manage lists of properties for sale.
- Collaborate and network with contractors, attorneys and other external professionals.
- Attend governmental meetings and/or industry trade shows when necessary.
- Remain knowledgeable about the market and best practices.
- Other office duties as necessary.

**Skills**
- Proven working experience as a real estate representative.
- Proven track record of dealing with land owners and title companies.
- Ability to work autonomously, travel and persuade effectively.
- Outstanding people skills with a demonstrable aptitude in negotiation.
- Trustworthy and results-driven.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, Outlook, Appraisal District Websites and inventory control programs.
- Valid driving license and reliable transportation to meet landowners - mostly day travel.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
