**Job Summary**:
**Hours required.**

Monday - Friday with some Saturdays as needed.

Fridays evenings will be required

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage all aspects of resort operations including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and guest services
- Oversee staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and efficient manner
- Implement and maintain resort policies and procedures to uphold standards
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operations

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in hotel or resort management
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to handle guest relations with tact and diplomacy
- Familiarity with phone etiquette and reservation systems

Pay: $48,000.00 - $53,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Weekends as needed
