**Mint Cannabis **is a professional management services provider currently hiring unique talent for an Arizona Licensed Non-Profit Dispensary that specializes in serving the Medical Cannabis community. The work environment is fast-paced and non-traditional.

:The pastry team member must have the professional experience to assist with mass bakery production. This position requires a positive attitude, good communication skills, and must maintain our excellent culinary standards.

**PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Perform a combination of hands-on scratch or mass processing of baked goods, gummies, and snacks.
- Ability to produce high-quality baked goods in large quantities
- Meets daily labor and waste goals as planned and driven by management.
- Responsible for maintaining exceptional company standards for product specs and quality.
- Observing products across multiple stages, to ensure proper weights, baking, decorating, quantitative count, cooling timeline, packaging, label accuracy, and to ensure that finished goods are stored properly.
- Ability to bake follow modern and traditional recipes.
- Execute baking consistency in product repetition.
- Manage inventory of all baking supplies and ingredients.
- Must follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Must work well with others, especially in a team setting.
- Assists management staff in the general operation of the facility.
- Must have dependable transportation.
- Presents a clean and safe facility.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- This position requires 1 year of bakery production experience.
- Applicant must be twenty-one (21) years of age; pursuant to A.R.S. -36-2801.10
- Applicant must consent to a criminal background check performed by the Company and/or the Arizona Department of Health Services, pursuant to A.R.S. - 36-2804.01
- Employment offers are contingent upon successful completion of the criminal background check conducted by the Arizona Department of Health Services, pursuant to A.R.S. - 36-2804.01 and A.R.S. -36-2801.10
- Valid Arizona Drivers License
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience and education may be substituted for one another.

**KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES**:

- Baking experience required.
- Execute baking consistency in product repetition.
- Ability to bake in large volumes and follow recipes.
- Manage inventory of all baking supplies and ingredients.
- General production knowledge such as packaging and labeling of products.
- In-depth knowledge of sanitation principles, food prep, baking techniques, and nutrition.
- Excellent skills in weights and measurements.
- Excellent communication skills.
