- Unique Construction Foreman Opportunity for Motivated Individual:_

**Job Specifications **include, but not limited to**:

- **Basement Waterproofing or foundation experience is a must**:

- Ability to complete service Work
- Supervising onsite personnel and subcontractors
- Maintaining a high standard of workmanship
- Protecting the customer experience throughout the installation process
- Maintain a field presence 80% of the time
- Office responsibilities 20% of the time

**Income & Benefits**:

- Weekly Base Salary of **$1,000 per week + Monthly BONUS Opportunity**:

- Travel expenses will be covered
- Advancement **& realistic, upward mobility**

We will provide tools and equipment as necessary, but it is a huge plus if you have your own hand tools and power tools.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Must be able to lift 65lbs
- Excellent communication skills with both internal and external customers
- Management experience

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
