Boutique civil litigation law firm based in Houston, Texas is hiring for a full-time, in-office Paralegal position.

We are seeking a Paralegal with 2-5 years experience in civil defense/personal injury, a strong work ethic and the ability to work well under pressure and against tight deadlines. This is a litigation firm so we may request assistance with trial preparation.
- The duties include, but are not limited to:

- Responding to inquiries from clients and prospective clients, including intake procedures
- Organizing information from clients
- Calendaring and maintaining schedules and deadlines
- Drafting, reviewing, filing and/or serving basic legal documents and correspondence
- Assisting with preparation for depositions, hearings, mediations, arbitrations and trials

The Firm generally provides medical, health and dental insurance, holidays and vacation. There are unique opportunities that may be discussed if interviewed. Salary is dependent on experience. We will train you in areas you require more assistance.

**Job Type**:Full-time
**Location: Houston, Texas**
**Pay**:Commensurate based on experience.
- Qualifications:

- 2 years or more of experience working in a litigation law firm
- Civil Defense/Personal injury law experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Excellent editing skills and fluency in redlining
- Working knowledge of Word, Outlook, Adobe, E-File and PACER
- Ability to multi-task
