Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Person to join our team. As a Maintenance Person, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and maintenance of our facilities and equipment. This is a full-time position with competitive pay.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including but not limited to, repairing machinery, equipment, and systems
- Conduct inspections to identify potential issues and implement preventive maintenance measures
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Fabricate and weld components as needed
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from various departments
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operations
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders

**Experience**:

- Proven experience in maintenance roles, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting
- Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to work with logic controllers
- Proficient in reading and interpreting technical manuals and blueprints
- Familiarity with electrical systems and ability to troubleshoot electrical issues
- Ability to fabricate and weld components as needed
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong leadership abilities and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
