Payment Poster

Houston ENT & Allergy Clinic is hiring an experienced Payment Poster for our Central Business Office located in Sugarland.

**Daily Tasks include but are not limited to**:

- Ensure accurate and timely processing of payments
- Logging all payments posted to the internal deposit log
- Notify billing supervisor of any variance or any potential problems that could result in the delay of processing
- Ability to understand contracting and paying per contract
- Ability to read and understand EOB's

**BASIC QUALIFICATIONS**
- Applicant must be polished and present excellent communication skills
- Experience in working in a private practice setting is highly desirable
- Applicant must have the ability to multi-task and have working knowledge of insurance terminology
- Basic Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Outlook)
- Excellent work ethics
- Ability to work well with others
