Behavior Technician

**Job Title**:Registered Behavior Technician

**General Description**

Provide direct one-on-one instruction using principles of applied behavior analysis in a home, community or school setting.

**Essential Job Functions**
- Conduct sessions with clients using goals and plans created by a BCBA
- Data collection related to the goals and behavior plans
- Attend trainings conducted by Little Victories ABA LLC
- Proactively communicate with direct supervisor
- Intervene on maladaptive behaviors according to a behavior plan
- Maintain confidentiality, ethical guidelines, policies including HIPPA laws and regulation

**Required Skills**:

- Experience with psychology, human development, special needs or behavior analysis preferred
- Minimum education required is a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong verbal, written and communication skills
- Must be fluent in English
- Must be able to sit, crawl on knees/floor and able to run
- Must be able to lift at least 40 lbs

**Qualifications**
- Must pass a background check
- Must have a high school diploma or GED
- Must be a Registered Behavior Technician or be willing to get certified

**Work Status**
- This is a full time hourly position, and shifts will typically be 2-6 hours in length.

**In-home**

Currently, we are looking to fill full time position of approximately 25-30 hours a week in Plano, Oswego, and potentially Aurora.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $19.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 30 per week
