Erosion Control Laborer

Looking for Dependable workers. To help with installation of erosion control measures within
- sub divisions
- solar farm
- pipeline

**Expectations**:

- Read and Understand Plans
- Maintain Erosion Control measures
- Safely and professionally perform Site Work activities
- Aware of all aspects of a job site to ensure safety
- Safely and professionally utilize grading equipment and other heavy equipment on job site
- Cleaning, lubricating, and performing safety checks on the equipment
- Load and Unload equipment and position properly as requested by site lead
- Strong teamwork attitude
- Willingness to meet daily work progress goals that may include manual labor unrelated to operating heavy equipment
- Attend company meetings to define the work effort for the day/week
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work
- Employees required to work some overtime and Saturdays (depending on weather)
- Ability to follow instructions and adjust to flexible work schedule

Ability to:

- Exert 50-85 pounds force occasionally
- Lift, carry, push, and pull
- Perform other tasks needed to successfully complete work at job site. Including loading and unloading materials, clean and prep job site, installation, or removal of erosion control measures set in place.

**Job Type**:

- Ful Time
- $18 per hour evaluation after 90 days with possible increase to $20
- 10-12 hour shifts
- Day Shift
- Overtime Available
- Travel Required

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
