Dental Treatment Coordinators are an essential part of our dental practice and manage all new patient consults. It is essential to be flexible, have a ‘can do’ personality and work in a timely fashion. As a treatment coordinator, you must be friendly, outgoing, and attentive to patients' needs. A successful Treatment Coordinator must understand general dentistry procedures and be comfortable discussing insurance, billing, and financials.
- 1+ years Treatment Coordinating Experience
- Understanding of dental insurance for patient education.
- Always providing excellent patient care.
- Presenting treatment plans and payment options.
- New Patient Confirmations.
- Completing contracts and payment authorization forms.
- Other duties as assigned.

Working conditions are predominately an office environment, with little to no exposure to environmental hazards.

**Qualifications**:

- Demonstrate a working knowledge of dental records and documentation.
- Comply with clinical protocols and standards.
- Sound knowledge of how to use equipment, instruments, terminology, and materials.
- A good understanding of dental techniques, health, and safety protocols.
- Ability to perform basic computer functions.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Software.
