**Responsibilities**:

- Pay rate: $23.78/hour
- Shift: Monday through Friday from 8:00am-4:30pm
- Position requires a combination of working onsite during the day and being on-call 24/7

**Position Summary**:
The Maintenance Technician I is responsible for performing routine building maintenance tasks in one or more fields (e.g., construction, electrical, heating ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC), plumbing, etc.) providing preventive maintenance services. Maintenance Technician I also performs general cleaning and other tasks as assigned to ensure mínimal interruption to the operations of the facility.

**Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to**:

- Perform preventative maintenance and repairs to meet required regulations and scheduling
- Perform maintenance skills including but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting on production and building equipment
- Perform building related installation and maintenance including, but not limited to furniture assembly, data/ power installations, plumbing and lighting repair
- Paint, remodel, refurbish areas as needed
- Maintain interior and exterior of property
- Repair, maintain/monitor all equipment and amenities
- Monitor and maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and modifications
- Keep areas clean and organized, including cleaning dock levelers, dock bays, pressure washing building surfaces, cleaning HVAC systems (interior and exterior) maintaining a clean maintenance department
- Assist and respond immediately to emergency situations and customer service requests as assigned
- Use a variety of hand and power tools to complete maintenance and repair tasks
- Operate a forklift, aerial lift, and heavy equipment to assist in heavy lifting maintenance procedures and repairs
- Function as liaison with outside vendors as needed
- Communicate daily with Maintenance Supervisor and team with respect to repairs, faulty operations, defective materials, or parts and incident reports when necessary
- Any other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
**Required Skills and Experience**:

- High School Diploma
- 1-2 years of related experience
- This position must pass a post-offer background and drug test

**Preferred Skills and Experience**:

- Vocational Certification
