Inc. 500 for the past 4 years and plan to be there again. Our growth has
been consistent year over year and partially because of all the hard
work from our staff, but most of our growth comes from the service that
we provide our homeowners before and after install and from the support
that we provide our sales reps.
- Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Appointment Generator to join our team. As an Appointment Generator, you will play a crucial role in generating leads and setting appointments for our sales team. This is a great opportunity for someone with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales to contribute to our company's growth.
- Duties:

- Conduct canvassing or door to door techniques to generate leads and set appointments for our veteran closers.
- Utilize marketing techniques to engage prospects and schedule appointments for our sales team.
- Follow up with leads generated through various marketing channels.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and appointments in our CRM software.
- Collaborate with the upper management to ensure smooth handoff of qualified leads.
- Continuously stay updated on knowledge of our products, services, and industry trends with our updates and reminders.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly appointment setting targets
- Experience:

- Proven experience in marketing, inside sales, and solar sales.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
- Familiarity with technology sales or software industry is a plus
- Ability to effectively market products and services.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in Spanish is a bonus

Growth path/Additional Incentives
- If you grow a team and you and your team (your recruits) or you yourself close 100kW+ for two months in a row you get a $70k Yearly Growth Incentive + Commissions and Overrides.
- $5,800 Per Month
- If you and your team or you yourself close 200kW+ for two months you get a $130k Yearly Growth Incentive + Commissions and Overrides which is our way to help you grow for helping us grow 10,833 Per Month
- weekly incentives
- We are the installer. You do not have to deal with any subcontractors.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
