**The Role**

The Research Center Data Steward Supervisor is responsible for the direct supervision of a Data Stewardship team remotely.

**What You’ll Do**
- Provide daily personnel supervision and performance management of a Data Stewardship team
- Ensure that data stewardship goals for speed and accuracy of resolving records are attained
- Monitor the work of the Data Stewardship team and ensure productivity
- Utilize metrics reports to ensure data steward performance and quality
- Assess and monitor the daily resource allocation and workflow management to meet project deadlines and changing priorities
- Attend regular supervisor staff meetings and be able to discuss team goals and progress
- Additionally, provide hands-on stewardship of customer data change requests and other customer-facing work requests
- Conduct team meetings to align with Research Center objectives and goals

**Requirements**:

- Prior Supervisor experience or Team Lead experience is required
- Strong coaching and development skills
- Proven track record of improving the performance of teams and individuals
- Computer experience including proficiency in Windows, Internet searches, and MS Office (PPT and Excel)
- Highly organized, extreme attention to detail, and focus on quality
- Able to work independently
- Strong analytically, able to interpret data reports
- Can learn quickly, problem-solve, and multi-task
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be able to travel 2-3 times per year for Research Center Co-Working events in Radnor, PA for 4 days for each event

**Nice to Have**
- Call Center or Data Center experience in a supervisory role
- Experience working with healthcare and /or healthcare-related data and/or the life sciences
- SQL knowledge is a plus
- French or Spanish language proficiency

**Compensation**
- **Base pay: $35,000 - $60,000**:

- The salary range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential base salary range for this role. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range above or below, depending on experience and location. We look at compensation for each individual and base our offer on your unique qualifications, experience, and expected contributions. This position may also be eligible for other types of compensation in addition to base salary, such as variable bonus and/or stock bonus.
