**Reports To**: Department Manager

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensure readiness for daily tasks, including equipment, products, and fuel.
- Complete all paperwork accurately and legibly.
- Maintain accurate time records and submit completed paperwork daily.
- Communicate job-related concerns and equipment needs with leadership.
- Keep vehicles, trailers, equipment, and work environments in good repair and safe condition.
- Demonstrate a strong mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting and repairing equipment as needed.
- Regularly lift 50 lbs. and carry backpack blowers, misters, and sprayers for extended periods.

**Key Skills**:

- Ability to drive truck and trailer, including goose neck trailers.
- Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Communicate route progress effectively with the department manager daily.
- Maintain a friendly, customer-oriented, and responsive demeanor.
- Consistently meet and exceed customer expectations.
- Inspect customer properties and communicate additional maintenance needs or opportunities.

**Qualifications**:

- MDARD Commercial Pesticide Applicators License - Categories 3A, 3B, 6, & 7F.
- Valid Drivers License.

**Working Conditions**:

- 7:00am to 5:00pm, Monday through Friday; occasional Saturdays and overtime required.
- Work primarily outdoors with exposure to extreme temperatures, loud noises, and potential risks from mechanical parts.
- Potential exposure to odors and fumes.
