Clean Energy Lead Generation Associate

We are looking for motivated Clean Energy Lead Generation Associates to staff our in-store kiosks at Home Depot locations. This role is perfect for individuals passionate about promoting environmental sustainability and eager to discuss the advantages of solar energy and battery storage solutions with homeowners.
**Compensation and Benefits**:
- **$45,000 to $85,000 a year - Full-time / Part-time.**:
- **Top producers earned over $80k.**:
- **Make **an **average of $500K-$1K+ per deal.**:
- **No income cap on sales.**:
- **Enjoy 1099 independence and earn 100% commission.**:
- Our representatives receive training on lead generation techniques, such as direct sales, door-to-door outreach, referral marketing, online sales, community events, social media promotion, and trade fairs/home exhibitions.
- Exemplary sales training through virtual and online learning opportunities and remote and in-person mentoring.
- Performance-based advancement opportunities are available.

**Responsibilities**:
- Represent SOLR’s clean energy solutions at Home Depot locations, serving as the primary point of contact for potential customers.
- Proactively engage with shoppers, explaining the benefits and cost savings associated with solar energy and battery storage.
- Generate quality leads by initiating conversations, capturing customer interest, and gathering contact details.
- Follow up on leads to schedule in-depth consultations or direct customers to additional informational resources.
- Effectively manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to hand-off, using tools and training provided by SOLR.
- Maintain a professional and inviting kiosk setup to facilitate customer interaction and engagement.
**Job Requirements**:
- Previous experience in sales or lead generation is preferred; experience in solar sales is highly valued.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with diverse customers.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Available to work flexible hours, including weekends, to maximize engagement opportunities.
- Willingness to travel within your local market, with a blend of virtual and on-site engagements.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
**Physical Requirements**:
- Ability to stand for extended periods while interacting with customers.
- Frequent movement within the store to engage with customers and manage the kiosk area.
