Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Group Facilitator to join our team. As a Group Facilitator, you will be responsible for leading and facilitating therapeutic group sessions for individuals in need of support and guidance. You will work closely with clients, providing them with a safe and nurturing environment to share their experiences and learn from one another. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct group therapy sessions following established treatment plans and protocols
- Create a safe and supportive environment for participants to share their thoughts and feelings
- Utilize various therapeutic techniques, such as motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy, and Christian counseling, to assist participants in achieving their goals
- Guide discussions and activities that promote personal growth, self-awareness, and positive coping strategies
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for participants
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of participant progress and treatment plans
- Conduct patient assessments to determine individual needs and develop appropriate treatment plans
- Provide crisis intervention as needed during group sessions

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field
- Knowledge of group therapy techniques and best practices
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients of all ages
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines

We offer competitive compensation based on experience.

**Job Type**: Contract

Pay: $100.00 - $150.00 per hour

Expected hours: 2 per week

Schedule:

- Weekends only
