**Marketing Social Media - Graphics Specialist (Flex-Time ideally 3 days per week), Small Not-for-Profit**
- Salary Range: $20 hour_

We are searching for RampsRVA’s next **Marketing Social Media - Graphics Specialist**. As part of the community for over 15 years, RampsRVA is a 501 (c) 3 non-profit organization with a mission to help the less fortunate by paying for and assembling modular wheelchair ramps for those people who are in need and have qualified for financial assistance in the Richmond area. The flex-time positionwill lead the organization’s social media strategy, multimedia content creation, and cross-platform advertising campaigns. This position will be responsible for creating, developing, writing, and implementing strategic social media content and campaigns to effectively communicate RampsRVA’s impact and influence and promote and extend the brand.

**Summary of Job Responsibilities and Requirements**
- Lead social media, identifying, creating, and implementing the appropriate content strategies to enhance RampsRVA campaign effectiveness, organization power, brand identification, and thought leadership
- Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
- Update and maintain internal databases for designs, photography, and video

**Key Qualifications, Skills, and Abilities**
- Bachelor’s degree or a combination of education and relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of formal education
- Working knowledge of CSS3, HTMLS, and Java Script
- Familiarity with design software and technologies ( including Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Dreamweaver)
- Creativity and innovative design skills
- Communication and presentation skills
- Organizational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines
- Demonstrated experience in creative problem-solving and critical thinking
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Marketing experience a plus
- Ideally in the office from 10 to 2; 3 - 4 days per week, flexible hours
- Successfully complete pre-employment background screening
