The Donut Fryer uses utensils, bowls, trays, power mixers, ovens to make baked goods, and fryers to fry donuts. The Team Member wraps, labels, and displays baked goods.
- Promptly, at the start of the shift, the Team Member will review the work schedule, check the equipment and supplies required to perform the work scheduled, comply with PPE requirements, and otherwise prepare for duties
- The Team Member assembles and mixes ingredients, places mix on trays, puts trays in racks, pushes racks to oven, proofs dough, rolls and cuts dough, and fries donuts.
- The Team Member assembles and mixes ingredients and pours into container, which drops mix into fryer
- The Team Member coats or injects donuts per specification and puts donuts on trays in display case
- The Team Member cleans and sanitizes all work surfaces, tools and equipment, display cases, and floors and counters
- The team Member tracks and records loss

Pay: From $15.10 per hour
