We have an immediate opening for an **_Inside Sales Representative_**. In this role, you will develop relationships with customers to help them maximize their CRM, mine their customer base and find more opportunities.

- Uncover dealer needs and present the appropriate solution
- Follow up with the customer on any inbound leads within 24 hours
- Achieve or exceed monthly sales quota
- 80% Client time via phone calls and video conferences
- Campaign Outreach and Follow Up
- Develop leads and generate new opportunities
- Communication with internal and external partners.
- Daily communication with manager and weekly 1:1 meeting
- Ensure competitors do not penetrate accounts
- Ensure customer satisfaction through:

- Continual customer engagement and follow up
- Product and industry knowledge
- Become a student of the industry always willing to learn and adapt
- Utilize Salesforce to effectively manage pipeline, client interactions and provide accurate weekly forecast to your manager
- Manage deals within financial parameters

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication/interpersonal skills
- The ability to sell, negotiate, persuade and influence

Education/Experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
- 2-5+ sales experience - inside or outside - preferably in technology sales
- Advanced time management skills
- Microsoft Office Skills
- Experience using Salesforce

Preferred:

- automotive experience
- Database/ Equity mining knowledge
- ELEAD CRM knowledge

**Salary = $60,000 ($28.85/hr) + Commissions + Benefits**
