***: Under the supervision of the Plant Superintendent and/or Shift Supervisor, this position supports the Production Department in all areas of manufacturing. This position is responsible for the correct function of the equipment; hand stacks boards or stakes and moves to inventory areas; and is responsible for supporting and demonstrating the **Core Values of Integrity, Safety, Respect, Customer Focus, Quality, Innovation and Financial Success.** Performs other related duties as assigned.

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
- Packages different types of products
- Checks for defects on the equipment
- Stacks boards by hand and transfers them to the inventory yard.
- Assists machine operator as needed.
- Must always display team player attitude
- Communicates and reports any issues to the supervisor.
- Checks boards for defects or contamination.
- Continuously checks for quality.
- Identifies poor quality.
- Maintains a clean work area
- Operates forklift and any other equipment required to perform duties.
- Attends safety meetings and abides by all safety rules set forth by company and governmental regulatory agencies; ensures that hazardous conditions are reported and corrected.
- All other duties and responsibilities assigned from time to time by the company or its designated representatives.
- Predictable and Regular attendance is required.
**QUALIFICATIONS **To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
- On-the-job training experience is required to be able to perform duties.
- Requires basic math, reading and writing skills.
- Able to communicate effectively with peers and management.
- Able to read the tape measure.
- Ability to operate forklift and any other equipment required to perform duties.
- Predictable and Regular attendance is required.

Salary Range $16-$17.89 / Hr.
