**Responsibilities**:

- Direct all aspects of an apartment community and provide welcoming and excellent customer service to residents, prospects, staff, and vendors.
- Lead, guide, and supervise leasing and maintenance staff as they serve residents of the GSC Apartment Community.
- Partner with support of senior leadership to maintain monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets, occupancy, and resident satisfaction goals.
- Collaborate with Marketing and your team to cultivate business plans and marketing strategies.
- Oversee rent collection and seek out opportunities to improve or avoid delinquencies by monitoring high balance accounts.
- Complete weekly and monthly reports while monitoring occupancy, expenses, and delinquencies.
- Conduct regular on-site inspections of model units, grounds, and maintenance.
- Manage the efficiency and quality of move-outs and move-ins.
- Oversee capital improvement and or repair projects with external vendors while communicating with staff, leadership, and residents when appropriate.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Property Management role, preferably with a conventional apartment community or communities.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skill
- Proficiency with planning and maintaining budgets.
- Systems knowledge to include Microsoft 360, SharePoint, MRI or other Property Management Software.
- A willingness to learn, grow professionally, and work collaboratively with a team.
