Midwest 365 Logistics is hiring for several positions in the Louisville and surrounding areas. These routes vary in hours and rates depending on the total miles and time and type of pickup. This is a medical courier/independent contractor position. This is a 1099 position. You will be using your own vehicle.

There are two separate routes that go from Lexington to Louisville.

Route 1 is a Monday through Friday morning route. Starts at 11am in Lexington, Ky. It's about 5-8 stops daily and ends at the lab in Louisville around 130/2pm. Pay is $120 a day.

Route 2 is a Monday through Friday PM route. Starts in Louisville Kentucky, runs through Lexington, and back to Louisville. 730/8pm to 12/1am. Pay is $175 a night.

Requirements are as follows
- Valid license with no major moving violations
- Valid insurance
- Working cell phone
- Reliable vehicle
- Able to pass a background check
- Ability to be in the car for long periods of time
