The duties and responsibilities as an IT Cybersecurity Project Manager GS-2210-14 generally include, but are not limited to the following:
Oversight assessing, monitoring, and mitigating certain foreign and domestic supply chain risks to the Department.
Lead the implementation of security programs designed to anticipate, assess, and minimize system exploitation.
Develops and evaluates security policies, to include incident response, supply chain risks, contingency planning, and vulnerability management.
Integrates security programs across disciplines.
Implements higher level security requirements, such as those resulting from laws, regulations, or Presidential directives.
Identifies significant actual and potential cyber security problems, supply chain risks, trends, and weaknesses.
Recommends modifications and solutions for reducing IT security risks, supply chain risks, and helps develop strategies for responding to future IT security challenges and supply chain risks.
Develop innovative and unusual methods to collect cyber intelligence data and makes them usable in security operations and mitigating certain foreign and domestic supply chain risks.
Maintain awareness of emerging threats, techniques, tactics, and procedures of cyber intrusions.

May be required to serve a new one-year probationary period.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) security clearance.
This position requires a Federal Acquisition Certificate for Contracting Officers Representative (FAC-COR) and/or Federal Acquisition Certificate for Program Manager (FAC-PM) Level III within 12 months of appointment.

**Qualifications**:
To qualify for the position of IT Cybersecurity Specialist at (GS-2210-14), you must meet the basic qualification requirements listed below AND possess the required specialized experience specific to this series and grade.

**Basic Qualifications (2210 series)**:
