**Job Purpose**:This position is responsible for the oversight and production flow of multiple projects. Ability to quickly identify waste with keeping a lean mentality while also hitting production goals is required.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Supervising/leading/training of warehouse employees.
- Maintain and surpass production goals.
- Monitor beginning to end production of project.
- Responsible for successful flow of production.
- Communicating end of day production to Supervisor
- Ability to fill in Supervisor role as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 6 months - 1 year related experience and/or training in co-pack or warehouse environment.
- Experience using WMS software (Synapse preferred).
- PC literate with experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Access Database is preferred.

**Education and/or Experience Required**:

- GED or H.S. Diploma
- College experience or degree is a plus.
