**Position Overview**:
As the HVAC Installation Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of HVAC technicians to ensure the successful completion of installation projects within specified timeframes and quality standards. You will coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to deliver exceptional service while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Project Management:

- Plan, organize, and oversee HVAC installation projects from inception to completion.
- Develop project schedules, allocate resources, and monitor progress to ensure timely delivery.
- Conduct site visits to assess project requirements and address any challenges.

Team Leadership:

- Supervise and mentor HVAC installation teams, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Coordinate with recruitment to hire and onboard new technicians.
- Conduct performance evaluations and implement training programs to enhance team skills.

**Quality Assurance**:

- Ensure installations comply with industry standards, building codes, and client specifications.
- Conduct quality inspections and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Continuously improve installation processes to enhance efficiency and quality.

Client Relations:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
- Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to identify client needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients to promote customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Health and Safety:

- Enforce safety protocols and regulatory compliance on all installation sites.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and promote a culture of safety awareness among team members.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience (5+ years) in HVAC installation, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent leadership and team-building capabilities, with a focus on fostering collaboration and professional development.
- In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, equipment, and installation techniques.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, vendors, and team members.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
