**MAIN RESPONSABILITIES**

**Key Accountabilities**
- Execute testing activities:

- in support to one or several Projects on Rolling Stock under the direction of his / her hierarchy
- according to the testing procedure / documentation and following Subsystem T&C Engineer a/o Leader instructions
- Ensure defect identification and correction (trouble-shooting)
- Check that the test tools are in perfect working order and calibrated.
- Replace defective equipment and ensure its repair in accordance with the procedures
- In the event of a non-conformity observed during the commissioning phase, communicate and escalate properly using the digital tools utilized on the project (SES/GSI/Excel/Outlook/Teams).
- Deliver the committed performance in terms of Quality, Costs and Deadlines and in compliance with Alstom policies, local standards and regulations (in particular EHS and Railway Safety)
- Report progress and priorities of assigned work on a regular basis

**Performance Measurement**
- Efficiency and proactivity during the execution of the T&C tests
- Efficiency and proactivity for corrective work according to work instructions or guidance
- Compliance to EHS (Zero Deviation) and Regulatory standards
- Quality of anticipation, monitoring and reporting
