Warehouse Supervisor

**Job Summary**:
The incumbent is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including the assignment of employees and equipment.

**Essential Duties/Responsibilities**:

- Coordinates the daily work assignments of Warehouse Employees, ensuring compliance with all company policies, practices, and procedures, including safety related.
- Facilitates the processing of customer orders while ensuring the maintenance of high-quality service levels in the Warehouse.
- Provides training to employees, including new hires.
- Ensures that all relevant equipment safety inspections take place as required.
- Ensures that all quality requirements are met by warehouse personnel.
- Ensures the promotion and, along with the Warehouse Manager, the enforcement of safety regulations, processes, and policies to maintain a safe working environment for all stakeholders.
- Ensures the availability of tools required for the completion of departmental work.
- Provide input to Warehouse Manager regarding employee performance, policy or procedure violations,
- Ensure regular housekeeping procedures are followed.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Education and Experience**:

- Ability to safely and effectively operate a forklift is required.
- Experience in a supervisory role in a like environment is preferred.

Schedule
- Normal work hours are 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., some daily/weekend overtime is required based on business needs.
- $20 - $23 per hour
