**SUMMARY**:
**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Utilize the Task Management Tool (TMT) to provide input on tasks.
- Coordinate, implement, and maintain an in-person and virtual training system.
- Provide training support to the field on Certification Management System (CMS) and maintain CMS with up-to-date information.
- Coordinate teleconferences and webinars.
- Attend planning meetings as needed and required.
- Act as the primary lead for administrative actions during site visits.
- Conduct an After-Action Reviews and prepare an After-Action Reports
- Liaise with representatives from the 54 States and territories.
- Track progress of the state’s remediation of deficiencies identified, perform online document collection, monitor and review documentation, and ensure the qualifications meet the certification standards.
- Attend meetings as required.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:
**Preferred**:

- Five or more years’ experience with DoD certification or accreditation
- Master’s Degree or higher from an accredited academic institution recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.

**Required**:

- Three years’ experience with DoD certification or accreditation for Military Family Readiness
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited academic institution recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Superior analytical skills, leadership, communication, influence, conflict resolution, stakeholder manager, planning/resource management, and a mastery of program/project tools and techniques.
- Ability to travel CONUS and OCONUS
- Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English.
- US citizen
