Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Food Manager to join our team. As a Food Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of food service operations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and supervise food service operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and serving
- Manage member dining reservations
- Use POS software to track and bill member accounts
- Ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
- Oversee inventory management and ordering of food supplies
- Monitor customer feedback and address any concerns or issues promptly
- Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of quality ingredients
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in food service management

**Skills**:

- Proven experience in food service management, with a strong understanding of kitchen operations
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with staff, customers, and vendors
- Bartending experience is a plus

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
