The Housekeeper/Cleaner will clean, sanitize, and maintain club house, pool area, and tennis buildings.

Reports to: Chef de Cuisine

Supervises: None

Essential Functions
- Performs general cleaning and sanitizing tasks and services throughout assigned property.
- Cleans and disinfects bathrooms, dining areas, and high traffic areas.
- Wipes and dusts surfaces in all rooms and cleans all mirrors.
- Vacuums and cleans floors, rugs, furniture, and HVAC vents.
- Stock toiletries and paper products in all bathrooms and locker rooms.
- Picks up and empties trash containers.
- Loads washers and dryers and folds sheets and towels in laundry room as needed.
- On all parts of the property, notifies maintenance if something is broken or not working properly.
- Maintain a clean environment in all areas of the property including offices, restrooms, locker rooms, and event rooms.
- Handle cleaning supplies and chemicals in a safe manner and understand safety procedures.
- Adapt to additional cleaning measures and requests as needed, such as with COVID-19
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

Physical Demands and Work Environment
- Continuous repetitive motions.
- Bending, lifting, squatting, pulling, walking, standing for extended periods of time and pushing.
- Operate cleaning equipment such as vacuum.
- Working indoors and occasionally outdoors in hot, humid weather.
