Night Shift Caregivers Needed for An Adult Male

**We support our clients to live the life they want by assisting them to choose service providers.**

**We are looking for some compassionate caregivers to provide one-on-one excellent care and support for a young adult male with intellectual and developmental disabilities such as Autism.**

Caregivers for special needs adult with autism and epilepsy + some challenging behaviors (occasional aggression).

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist client with daily living activities
- Provide care and supervision.
- Collaborate with client and family for best care opportunities
- Maintain a healthy and comfortable living environment
- Maintain safety for the client and family members
- Supervise and control the clients’ actions all the time
- Medication reminders and management

**Qualifications**:

- Must be reliable and punctual
- Previous experience in working with autistic individuals (preferred)
- Compassionate and caring demeanor
- Be in good physical condition as the job includes standing/ walking for long periods of time and performing repetitive motions
- First Aid/CPR (preferred)
- Complete Criminal Background Check (clearance from FBI and DOJ)
- Valid Driver's License and Reliable Transportation
- Covid vaccinations required

**This position will require some overtime during unforeseen circumstances.**

**Job Type**: Part-time/ Full-time

**Pay**: Starting $21.50/hour (Bimonthly pay)

**COVID-19 considerations**:
Vaccinations are required. Masks are not usually required; however, they are encouraged and required during Covid upticks.

**Experience**:

**Shift availability**:
Weekdays: 11pm - 7 am (2-3 days a week)

Work Location: In person, the city of Gardena, CA

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $21.50 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 40 per week
