ITA is seeking a Program Manager to join the team in Washington, DC.
- Please note this position is contingent upon successful contract award, expected Summer 2024._

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement program plans, strategies, and objectives in alignment with CBP goals and priorities.
- Lead cross-functional teams and project staff in executing program activities and deliverables according to established timelines and budgets.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement corrective actions to ensure successful project execution.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate project implementation and resolve issues.
- Ensure program activities and deliverables meet established quality standards, contractual requirements, and regulatory compliance obligations.
- Conduct periodic reviews, audits, and evaluations to assess program performance and adherence to CBP policies and procedures.
- Provide regular updates, reports, and briefings on program status, milestones, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to stakeholders and decision-makers.

Qualifications:
**Education**:

- Bachelors or higher, degree in finance, accounting, business, or related discipline is required.
- A Project Management Professional (PMP) is required.

**Experience**:

- Fifteen (15) or more years of project management, business process re-engineering, financial management and/or related experience.
- Ten (10) or more years of experience leading multi-disciplined teams for medium or large multi-task projects of high complexity.
- Minimum of ten (10) years leading and providing technical direction identifying improvements needed to ad hoc, standard financial management or operational processes.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
- Ability to conduct detailed research and analysis of technical and cost data.
- Ability to read and interpret management policy, regulations, and directives.
- Ability to work effectively with a group or independently.
- Ability to effectively manage complex projects that facilitate executive-level decision-making.
- Proficient using the current version of MS Suite used by CBP.
- Minimum of ten (10) years of CBP experience preferred.
