Job Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Manage all aspects of the care facility, ensuring the well-being and safety of residents
- Oversee staff members and provide guidance and support as needed
- Develop and implement programs that enhance the quality of life for residents
- Ensure compliance with all regulations and guidelines related to senior care
- Handle resident inquiries, issues, and complaints in a professional and compassionate manner
- Maintain accurate records of resident care and facility operations

- Experience in home care, nurse,
- Knowledge of resident rights and social work principles
- Financial acumen to manage budgets and financial resources effectively
- Proficiency in medication administration protocols
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire staff members

Pay: $60,000.00 per year
