As an EVSE Integration Specialist at Lectron, you'll play a pivotal role in our partnerships with major electric vehicle manufacturers. Responsibilities will include a broad spectrum of tasks, including delving into the technical intricacies of our products, and mastering their design and functionality to effectively communicate their value to stakeholders. Additionally, you'll navigate complex automotive standards to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

Your primary responsibility will involve preparing detailed documentation tailored to meet the specific requirements of OEMs, such as DFMEA, PFMEA, DVP&R, ADVP, or Control Plans, essential in ensuring compliance and fostering trust with our partners.

You willl actively engage with automotive OEMs, serving as a knowledgeable liaison to facilitate technical discussions and develop solutions. Collaboration with internal teams, including engineering, design, and quality assurance, will be integral to ensuring seamless integration of our products with OEM platforms.

This role may require travel to engage directly with OEM partners and manufacturers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Act as a liaison between Lectron and automotive OEMs, facilitating technical discussions and solutions.
- Master the technical details of our products, including engineering, mechanical, and electrical design aspects, to effectively communicate them to stakeholders.
- Prepare OEM-specific documents such as DFMEA, PFMEA, DVP&R, ADVP, and Control Plans.
- Engage with systems used by car OEMs, such as Covisint and Ariba, to streamline processes (prior knowledge is not mandatory but beneficial).
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines, and coordinating with cross-functional teams within Lectron for seamless integration with OEMs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at automotive OEMs to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Contribute product enhancement and process optimization ideas, demonstrating Lectron's commitment to innovation and continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in the electric vehicle and charging infrastructure industry to anticipate future challenges and opportunities.

**Minimum Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering.
- Proven experience in the automotive industry, specifically with component development at a tier 1 supplier or OEM.
- Strong understanding of automotive standards and documentation processes.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Previous experience in roles such as Design Release Engineer, EVSE Technical Specialist, Program Engineering Manager, or Advanced Supplier Quality Engineer would be advantageous.
- Hands-on experience with electric vehicle charging systems and infrastructure is highly desirable.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
