**Job Summary**:The Project Superintendent is responsible for overseeing all phases of construction projects from initial planning to completion of ground-up construction as well as supporting property management.

**Qualifications**:

- Bilingual Mandarine and English.
- No experience required.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities along with an open and willing attitude and eagerness to learn.
- Outstanding communication skills verbal and written. Establishes collaborative relationships with internal as well as external stakeholders.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $150,677.67 per year
