Landscape Crew Chief

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Crew Supervisor to join our team. The Crew Supervisor will oversee a team of groundskeepers and landscapers, ensuring that all outdoor areas are well-maintained and visually appealing.

**Duties**:

- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the crew
- Perform garden and lawn care tasks including mowing, weeding, planting, and watering
- Oversee irrigation systems and ensure proper functioning
- Maintain landscapes by trimming trees, shrubs, and hedges
- Monitor equipment use and maintenance
- Train new crew members on landscaping techniques
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations

**Experience**:

- Proven experience in groundskeeping, landscape maintenance, and tree care
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills
- Knowledge of landscaping techniques and best practices
- Ability to effectively communicate with team members
- Experience in maintaining outdoor spaces

**PROFICIENT ZERO TURN EXPERIENCE/SKILL SET IS A MUST. **

**VALID DRIVERS LICENSE IS A MUST.**

Pay: $26.00 - $29.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 50 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Ability to Relocate:

- Nazareth, PA: Relocate before starting work (required)

Work Location: On the road
